Next up in the Hot-Seat is Collegeland O'Rahilly's Full-Forward Brian McGeary. Known as "Monk" to his friends for reasons that remain unknown, Brian is current Collegeland Player of the Year for 2009. Brian has represented Armagh at senior level and was involved in the TG4 GAA Program "Underdogs", where he scored a point in the Final against the Dublin county team, but were narrowly defeated by a point. Brian and his wife Eimear recently became proud parents for the first time, to a little girl called Farragh.

I have vague memories of being in the Nally stand, with my father, peering through a fence. I think it was Meath V Kerry, and there was a clash of jerseys...

Best match ever saw?
Armagh/Collegeland games aren't easy watched - Best match would have to be…..dunno..need more time.

Toughest opponent in a match?
Some guy from Culloville about 15 years ago, never got his name though.

If you were throwing a dinner party and you could invite anyone, living or dead, who would you ask round?
Elvis for his deep fried peanut butter sandwiches, Gandhi for his amazing geraniums and Joe Brolly for his fashion sense.

Frank Donnelly - with a wingspan of about 16 metres, it always proved difficult/impossible getting past him in a one-on-one situation

Willie Smith

Phobias, (and cornettos)

Favourite pitch to play on?
I've good memories of Abbey Park (bad memories of the athletic grounds)

If there was a transfer market who would you like to sign for Collegeland?
Could I have a time machine as well please, and I'd sign all of the Collegeland '61 team - just to be able to play along side them, to see what there like

What’s your signature dish in the kitchen?
Baked Buffalo wings for starters, then Grilled and Barbecued Armadillo, followed by Kentucky Banana pudding - Ask Eimear.

If you could change one rule in the GAA in football, what would it be?
None, just implement current rules better - In particular the 4 step rule. It’s a skill not to overun the ball, but too often this goes unpunished by referrees

Theres a quare stretch in the evenings!
